Job Description
At Gather & Gather, we are known as one of the UK & Irelands most distinctive workplace catering experts, we are passionate about great food and great coffee and putting our employees and customers at the heart of everything that we do. We are currently recruiting for a Front of House Assistant at Bupa Angel Court.
Location: London
Rate of pay: £12.50 per hour
Working pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday
Key Responsibilities
  • Helping out with the stock taking forthnightly and keeping record of the hospitality book
  • Be confident and professional delivering fine dining waiting service for a maximum of 14 people, usually small lunches of 2-3 people (executives VIP)
  • Happy to support evening functions when these are requested, canapes, nibbles, alcohol (roughly once or twice per month and latest finish time is 9pm)
  • Delivering refreshments and food in meeting rooms on a three floors building
  • To keep the hospitality pantry always clean, tidy and organized
  • Using Condeco system to check bookings, timings, location and attendees requirements
  • Well presented and always smart as we do cater in the Head office for the executive Team of a well known private company
  • Understanding of due diligence and keeping records of it daily
  • To communicate efficiently with GM and Supervisor and report any faulty equipment, late requests, order requirements, updates
