Job Description
The Canalta Hotel Family is looking for an inspirational leader to support and supervise our Guest Service Team. This position won't bore you as everyday will be a new and challenging experience! You'll be immersed in every aspect of the Canalta Hotel world. You will generate Legendary experiences by creating "I-can't-believe-they-did-that "moments! What You Will Be Responsible For


  • Providing training, coaching and guidance to guest service agents
  • Leading the guest service team by example at an extremely high level
  • Maintaining productivity and labor costs according to budgets
  • Organizing your time effectively and efficiently
  • Complete all required training
  • Commitment to excellence
  • Maintain a safe working environment
  • Actively work to build a high functioning, motivated and engaged team
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace

What Our Requirements Are


  • Excellent communication skills
  • Three years of front desk experience
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Willingness to complete required supervisor training
  • Willingness to work weekends, holidays and overtime
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure
