Job Description

MaxSys Staffing is currently hiring *Full Time Forklift Operators* for an Electronics warehouse in Mississauga, near Derry/Mississauga Road. You will be working with TV’s, computers/laptops, monitors, and other related electronics.
*Must be certified/licensed to drive the following machines:*
  • Order Picker
  • Must also possess Fall Arrest license
  • Reach
*Shift:*
  • Mornings, Monday to Friday, 6am to 2:30pm
  • Pay Rate: Starting at $19/hour
PLEASE NOTE: Assessment is required before placement.
*MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:*
  • Moving skids around the warehouse to their designated areas
  • Receiving and shipping
  • Must be flexible helping with lifting boxes if needed – must be able to lift at least 30lbs/14kg
  • Reach and Order Picker operation
  • Maintain clean and safe lift trucks, racking and surrounding warehouse areas
  • Complete set quotas for the day – must respect delivery deadlines
  • Loading/unloading trailers
*QUALIFICATIONS:*
  • Temp-perm position for the right candidate
  • Can work in a team setting and independently
  • Must have Fall Arrest license

  • Valid forklift license for Reach and Order Picker – at least 6 months previous experience driving Reach and Order Picker
  • Basic reading, math, and computer skills for data entry – must have strong command of the English language, both written and verbal
