Marcon is seeking reliable, experienced hard-working individuals that can operate various machinery on busy construction sites, including excavators, bobcats and forklifts. The ability to carry out various labouring tasks when not operating will be an important attribute for the right candidate.

About The Role

• Operate equipment to assist with various construction phases
• Load and unload construction supplies
• Willingness to undertake various labouring activities when machine operations is not required
• Minor maintenance and upkeep of equipment
• Move equipment and tools
• Maintain a safe and clean work site
• Shovelling and moving materials

About You

• Willing to work in varying weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to use and maintain various hand tools
• A minimum of 5 years construction experience
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy items
• Must contribute to the Company safety culture in all work activities
• A minimum of 5 years operating experience
