What will you do?
We’re looking for people who are talented, curious, and passionate about driving change in our industry. As a Software Developer on our team, you will join a diverse community of high-performing professionals who are focused on rethinking what it means to modernize banking technology. You will also play a critical role in creating and scaling the solutions that will fundamentally reshape our customer and employee experiences.

  • Conceive and write detailed software implementations/code while ensuring that their code/configurations adhere to the security, logging, error handling, and performance standards and non-functional requirements
  • Create code that aligns with architecture patterns and technology strategy Evaluate new technologies for fit with the program/system/eco-system and the associated upstream and downstream impacts on process, data, risk (e.g., security)
  • Assess the impact of design decisions being developed (e.g., performance, schedule, budget, downstream component/system impact, quality, etc.)
What do you need to succeed?
  • Ability to work with key stakeholders to define, analyze, design, deliver and code requirements that reflect the needs of both the business and end-customers
  • A passion for the industry and a focus on technical and business trends and benchmarks
  • Knowledge of software development practices, concepts, and technology
  • Understand functional aspects and technical behavior of the underlying operating system, development environment, and deployment practices
  • 5+ years of relevant experience and/or certification in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Desire to innovate and problem-solve with creativity and agility
  • Knowledge of technical/business environment processes and required programming languages
