Filing Clerk Jobs

Our client, located in a transit accessible area in NW Edmonton, is looking for filing clerks to join their team for a minimum of 2+ months.

Responsibilities

• Scanning and photocopying documents
• Preparing files for scanning by disassembling and reassembling documents

Qualifications

• Comfortable lifting and moving lightweight boxes
• A team player with the willingness to assist in any areas required
• Self-motivated, comfortable doing repetitive work and able to work well independently
• Previous experience working in file scanning would be considered a strong asset
• Available to start immediately, hours are Monday to Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm or 9:00am to 5:00 pm
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail while working in a busy environment

Pay Rate

• This position pays $18.20 per hour
