Our multi-faceted mandate remains constant – to protect Canada, its people and its interests against the greatest domestic and international criminal threats, with authorities provided under more than 250 federal statutes and Acts of Parliament.

Intent of the process

STREAM 1: This process aims to create and maintain a repository of eligible candidates for assignment, secondment or deployment purposes (at same level or equivalent) for Federal Policing (FP) in Ottawa.

STREAM 2: This process aims to create and maintain an intake inventory of eligible candidates who have been fully or partially qualified in Government of Canada selection processes for a potential indeterminate, acting, or specified period opportunity for Federal Policing (FP) in Ottawa.

The pool information and candidate results will be used to determine qualification and eligibility for the positions to be staffed.
