Fashion Specialist Jobs

The Pink Door is a fashion forward boutique located near the Kingsway in Etobicoke. We are passionate about our product and our customers. We are looking for an equally passionate, creative, and proactive person to become a part of our team and assist in our daily operations.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Performing opening and closing procedures
• Using product knowledge to sell various types of clothing
• Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets
• Facilitating customer transactions using Point of Sale software
• Providing excellent customer service
• Processing and managing all incoming merchandising shipments
• Monitoring and overseeing store inventory
• Contributing to social media platforms
• Assisting the store manager in daily operations
• Performing other job related duties as assigned by the store manager

Your main qualifications must be:

• Ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and conditions
• 2+ years of retail experience including visual merchandising, clienteling, store operations is aMUST (please do not apply if you do not have fashion retail selling experience)
• Sales-driven and goal-oriented attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Basic computer skills and the ability to use a point-of-sale system
• Experience in selling Women's Apparel is preferred
• Ability to analyze current fashion trends and incorporate them into client styling
• Experience in building rapport with customers to make them feel good and look their best
• Strong time management skills

Hours of operation:

• Monday - Saturday
• 10 am - 6 pm
