We’re looking for a permanent Marketing Stylist & Coordinator with 1+ years’ experience
to join our team in the Toronto office. This role will support the Pehr Marketing team with a focus on General Marketing Tasks, Photography Coordination and Styling. Some travel required for on-location shoots. This role will report into the Art Director.

You love to style shots and have a keen eye for design, colour stories and making things look generally beautiful.
What you’ll be doing:
Photography Coordination & Styling:
- Plan, Set up and style shots for photoshoots, ensuring the on Brand content needed is captured
- Aid in the preparation, set up and tear down for all product and lifestyle photography.
- Manage Model casting calls and end-to-end communication.
- Organize, send and track product for all photography needs including external photographers for product and lifestyle needs.
- Organize and tag product photography in Pehr’s Photography Management System.
- Act as the point person for all photography samples and props.
General Marketing:
- Aid in Influencer outreach and follow-up under the direction of the Social Media Specialist.
- Support General Marketing and Customer Service needs as they arise.
- Update our Launch Kick off documents with relevant details per launch, acting as the key point person for launch product information.
- Organize, send and track Influencer Packages on a weekly basis.
- Alternate Community Management weekend coverage with the Social Media Specialist.
Qualifications
- Independent and organized with strong project management skills
- University degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or equivalent
- Experience working with photographers or Photoshop and/or Lightroom is an asset
- Ability to prioritize, manage deadlines, and make decisions under pressure
- Detail obsessed
- Excellent writing skills and communication skills
- Comfortable in a team-oriented environment
