Job Description

Role: Exchange Services – L2

Location: Calgary, AB (ON- SITE )

Duration: 1 Year

Exp required: 5+ years.

Job description for Exchange Services

Should have strong knowledge in On prem & Online Exchange (Hybrid) Environment

Excellent communication skill along with customer and vendor management skills

Tasks include:

  • Basic understanding of ITIL process
  • Candidate should be willing to work in 24x7 rotating shifts
  • Attend meetings with stakeholders and Architects and work on escalated issues
  • Strong skills managing the mailbox, distribution list modification, Certificate management, mail flow issue
  • Experience in O365 license management & reporting
  • Patching of Onprem exchange server environment
  • Should have very good oral and writtencommunication skills
  • Ensure speedy resolution to Customer issues and update stakeholders on the progress
  • Experience with Exchange on prem & online environment (Hybrid)
  • Provides recommendations to Architecture for any operational improvement
  • Create Knowledge base articles related to voice platform that would be helpful to team as a reference
