* Performs pro-active problem management to identify and resolve potential client-impacting issues in the production environment

5-7 years working experience with Exchange 2013/2019 and/or Exchange Online.

- in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Exchange along with messaging services

- 3-4 years of working experience with email security/hygiene products (IronPort and/or ProofPoint)

- Experience in working with Windows troubleshooting and performance tools

- Strong knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP) along with various other messaging protocols

Project management skills to lead a variety of knowledge exchange projects and teams within PHO.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in knowledge exchange/knowledge translation/implementation science role in a research, health or public health organization.

Evaluates and enhances internal skills and needs to continuously build the organization’s knowledge exchange capacity.

Facilitates discussions to support the development of service models within departments (where appropriate) that align with the practice of knowledge exchange.

Conducts evaluation to assess the impact of knowledge exchange activities.

Builds organizational capacity for knowledge exchange, including establishing and leading a PHO knowledge exchange community of practice.

Must have great customer service skills

Supporting the release management process for internal delivery of application and system changes into production and FI environments.

Knowledge of various requirements elicitation techniques (interviews, prototypes, workshops, etc.) and different requirements methodologies (Use Cases, Unified Modelling Language, etc.).

Eliciting, documenting and validating functional and non-functional system requirements in collaboration with business clients, end users and project stakeholders.

Performing requirements coverage and impact analysis through traceability of system requirements to business requirements, solution and test cases.

Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills

Manage documentation (e.g., knowledge repository, Business Operations Manual)

Manage reporting processes for the RTR Exchange; ensure timely delivery of relevant reports to client

Operationalizing policies, rules and requirements with an understanding to both efficiency and client satisfaction

A minimum of 2 years of experience in business operations or a related field

Working knowledge of Payments is a plus

Strong skills managing the mailbox, distribution list modification, Certificate management, mail flow issue

Experience in O365 license management & reporting

Excellent communication skill along with customer and vendor management skills

Experience with Exchange on prem & online environment (Hybrid)

Should have very good oral and writtencommunication skills

Patching of Onprem exchange server environment

Provide excellent communication, relationship building, and project management skills to co-design activities and processes, both internally and externally.

Experience using Trello (or similar project management software) and finding creative ways to track projects and progress.

Demonstrable experience and knowledge of the mental health and substance use health sector, including service pathways, different service types, etc.

Exceptional skills in sharing knowledge through writing for a variety of audiences.

Contribute to the overarching Knowledge Exchange strategy including the development of tools, resources, infographics, videos and other ways of sharing knowledge.

Monitor, review, and stay current with practices and evidence related to knowledge exchange, co-design and engagement.
