• Accurate and timely interpretation of project drawings, specifications, scope of work and project documentation.
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks with multiple deadlines.
• Ability to read and analyze conceptual and preliminary project plans and prepare budgets using reasonable assumptions.
• Preparation of a detailed estimate from Planswift estimating software.
• Develop project schedules.
• Review, analyze, and check for completeness of bid documents.
• Ability to accurately read and analyze Architectural, Structural, Civil, and Landscaping Blueprints for quantity and scope preparation.
• Ability to efficiently work while utilizing Microsoft Excel, Word, Monday, and various internal software.

Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Use rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in estimating projects
• A recognized degree in the relevant discipline or equivalent qualification/experience. Ideally in Engineering or Construction Management.
• Familiar with using Planswift will be considered an advantage
• Organization and planning skills
