Job Description
ENGINEERING SUPPORT SPECIALIST


Aversan Inc. (www.aversan.com) is a reputable Engineering Company that provides expertise in Systems Integration, Product Design/Development and Software/Product Testing for highly regulated industries including Digital Health, Medical Devices, IT and Aerospace. We are currently seeking a qualified Engineering Support Specialist to work on leading edge technology products. The successful candidate for this position will be a part of highly motivated and highly technical work environment that feeds off the collective energy of a team-oriented workplace.


Location: North Vancouver, BC


Responsibilities


  • Manage outsourced projects with various vendors.
  • Responsible for production schedule for 9 CNC machines, CNC program saving and documentation updates, printing of drawings and shop traveler's.
  • Responsible for consumable replenishment, SAP process confirmation for completed jobs.
  • Assist the Machine shop Leader with department tasks and assignments.


Basic Qualifications


  • Strong demonstrated skills in common Microsoft office products Word/Excel/teams.
  • Must have 0-2 years of experience in the manufacturing, production scheduling, machining field or in a related area.
  • High school diploma or its equivalent.
  • SAP experience & a Technical diploma or engineering degree are preferred.
  • Must have knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within an industrial manufacturing environment.
