POSITION SUMMARY

Biopharma

This position will

have a deep understanding of the commercial organization’s customer and

commercial data assets to help provide business users with high-quality data

that is easily accessible in a consistent manner. Collaborate to bring

innovative opportunities to bring high quality data, data processes or insights

to create a competitive edge.

Will work very

close with Digital, Sales and Marketing Enablement organizations, providing

accurate customer information to support strategic solutions that optimize the

Patient/HCP experience.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Supports the DSR

Market and Regional leads with CFC Reporting Operations.

Helps maintain the integrity and quality of the customer level data and proactively assess gaps and opportunities for improvement.

Understanding of the overall commercial data sources needed for field force reporting for the market

Defining appropriate courses of action to resolve project risks

Define/support local processes with the enterprise support model

Provide analysis / feedback to the DSR market and regional leads

Ability to perform data analysis & hands-on experience to access and analyze commercial data.

Focus on process improvement and efficiencies to bring scalability to solutions in the regions.

Assist in coordinating implementation of projects. reporting solutions across markets, with a focus on adoption and utilization of Customer Facing Colleague KPIs.

Partner with DSR market and regional leads to build local plans to define and ensure all metric implementation milestones are met/exceeded.

Share early learnings with other countries.

Collaborate with other Vertical team members to ensure ecosystem connection and optimal delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS

·5+ years of experience in data and reporting and/or commercial pharma

·Advanced educational degree in marketing, analytics and/or technology

.Understands data management and advanced industry trends and tools

·Strong ability to operate independently and effectively within cross – functional teams

·Ability to manage multiple projects and timeframes in a complex organizational structure

.Strong analytical skills, ability to analyze information, synthesize problems and develop innovative solutions and strategies.

.Ability to quickly learn and be a SME for the market/region

.Proficient in strategic data management: organizing, understanding, consolidating, and distributing complex data sets from diverse sources

.Strong ability to drive collaboration and foster highly productive, functional relationships

Skills and Knowledge

Excellent command of written and spoken English

Excellent technology literacy/knowledge

Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools design and testing

Proven track record on strong data understanding and reporting capabilities.
