Dispatcher - St-Hubert Jobs

We are currently looking for a junior dispatcher for a school transport company. This person must have a minimum of experience as a dispatcher. This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the largest companies in North America. This person must be prepared to perform a variety of tasks related to their work as a dispatcher.

Responsibilities

• Provide drivers with their work schedule
• Report available buses
• All other related tasks
• Assign trips and movements in the system
• Report driver problems
• Ensure punctuality of all buses
• Update equipment
• Distribute driver stops
• Avoid empty mileage
• Plan work for the next day

Qualifications

• Knowledge of transportation laws and regulations (an asset)
• Comfortable and efficient in a computerized environment
• Ability to analyze problems and find solutions quickly
• 1 year experience in a similar role or similar experience
• Must be a self-starter with good organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Bilingual French and English (spoken/written)
• Must provide impeccable customer service
