Location: Surrey, BC (This is an onsite everyday position.)

Salary: $55-65K

Description:

Our client is looking for a Dispatcher to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Compile all required documents yearly for renewal.
• Ensure all vehicles are properly covered and insured.
• Ensure clients’ needs are met.
• Ensure our trucks are being dispatched in the most operationally efficient way possible.
• Organization of driver’s daily paperwork, matching of job orders to disposal tickets, and delivery slips when applicable to be made ready for billing.
• Use the GPS software accordingly to update job locations.
• Request drivers abstracts every 6 months.
• Ensure drivers are assigned jobs either the afternoon before, or first thing the morning of.
• Prepare reports as needed by management.
• Monitor jobs completed throughout the day by each driver, assign more as needed or reassign jobs if needed.
• Answer all incoming calls.
• Ensure orders are taken and the information is transferred immediately into the order system.
• Coordinate with drivers for bins.
• Bin maintenance tracking.
• Vehicle maintenance tracking.
