DISPATCHER (Remote)

We are currently seeking a qualified and dedicated Dispatcher to join our client. As a Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and deploying personnel to various project locations. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be a team player committed to delivering high-quality service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Adhere to critical deadlines for service deployments, ensuring contract requirements are met.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with team members and clients, fostering a cooperative and productive work environment.
• Handle any escalated issues or conflicts that may arise during the dispatch process.
• Receive and manage calls for service requests, ensuring timely and accurate personnel dispatch to project locations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Strong assertiveness and responsiveness, with exceptional time management abilities.
• Knowledge of local roads and towns in the region is a plus.
• Effective conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience in scheduling and providing customer service.
• Ability to adapt and adjust priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with customers, employees, and vendors.
• Familiarity with traffic control, security work, medic, or shuttle service operations is advantageous.
• Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
• Proficient in various computer applications, such as AirTable, Excel, MS Word, Adobe, and Google Docs.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a professional and composed phone presence.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour

Shifts - There are two shifts available and based on your preference we will place you for either a full-time day shift starting at 6am or a night shift starting at 1:30 pm.
