Summary

The Director – Engine Health Monitoring (EHM) Programs will have a critical role in the management, development and growth of CAMP’s core services areas. The Director – EHM Programs is accountable for the execution, management and reporting of key performance measures to ensure contractual obligations are satisfied. The Director – EHM Programs will lead and directly manage a growing, multi-disciplinary team to deliver customer-facing technical services and will hold overall relationship management, customer satisfaction and operational performance responsibility for a global team of engine performance analysts and customer service representatives.

The Director – EHM Programs will take on the added responsibility for the development and success of expanded solutions to both grow existing accounts, as well as create new industry partner relationships. The Director – EHM Programs will work closely with technical subject matter experts and Product Management and Software Development teams to expand CAMP’s core technical capabilities to its customers and industry partners. In so doing, the Director – EHM Programs will set program goals, execute program plans, drive innovation, and report results to senior leadership.

The candidate should have a strong interest in the aerospace industry and aviation/airline programs. The candidate should be able to show past performance in leading cross-functional teams, the creation of new products and/or services and Executive level presentations and engage in strategic partnership discussions and activities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in relevant technical field, industry or business; knowledge of gas turbine engine performance a plus

• Education: BS, MS, MBA or equivalent with at least one degree in the following engineering disciplines: aerospace or mechanical
