Digital Marketing Specialist Jobs

We're are seeking a digital marketing specialist who has 2 to 3 years of experience developing strategies and success in building profitable campaigns and executing plans. We need someone who is excited to work for a start-up, comfortable developing fresh ideas and working in a fast-paced environment. We are a small team that works together and collaborates on ideas and are passionate about growing the company to its fullest potential.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners.
• Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Provides thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
• Provide regular and prompt reports to management.
• Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
• Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
• Developing/managing all aspects of the company’s digital marketing campaigns.
• Maintain database of customers /opportunities.
• Tracking conversion rates – what worked, what didn’t, and why?
• Develop requirements contents, marketing literature, presentations, proposals,
• Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.
• Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
• Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
• Acquire knowledge and remain up to date on product developments and solution offerings.
• Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.
• Evaluates emerging technologies.
• Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
• Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field
• Graphic Design capabilities. Experience working in Canva and WooCommerce
• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
• Understanding of working for a new start-up.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
• Up to date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
• A minimum of 2 years experience in a digital marketing or Ecommerce business

Languages – English. (Hindi or Tamil - Preferred )

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $40,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
