DevSecOps/Security Consultant
Location: Calgary, Edmonton, and Toronto, ON ( Any)
7–10 years of experience in IT, 4+ years of experience in information security
Strong background in the identification and remediation of security vulnerabilities on web applications(UI and APIs) and cloud infrastructure (Kubernetes)
3+ years of experience working with Azure
Experience with Java programming language (Java 18, spring boot 2/3)
Experience with front-end technologies like ReactJs (React 16+)
Experience managing, deploying, and securing cloud infrastructure (Azure required) and containerized services and applications
Good understanding of CI/CD & tools (Azure DevOps, static analysis tools, etc)
Experience with container & container orchestration tools(Docker, Azure Kubernetes)
Knowledge of GitOps Principles and Tooling (GitHub)
Knowledge of Monitoring tools for Azure
Cloud security certification preferred
Good written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
