Data Entry Operator –Bilingual – Advanced

Our Banking client in MONTREAL, Quebec is looking to hire a Data Entry Operator - Bilingual – Advanced for a 6-months contract role with possibility for extension.

What You Will Be Doing…

• Deliver excellent service to our clients every time; focusing on doing what is best for our clients and the organization - making it Simpler, Faster, Better.
• Take ownership and accountability of complex client investigations or escalations at first point of contact and works to resolve at source, refers to manager where applicable in accordance with established client escalation protocol.
• Continuous pro-active and agile approach to adapt to change, to process work volumes as measured through established Client Service Commitment timelines.
• Exercise due diligence by following operational risk policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.
• You will utilize various systems while ensuring quality and accuracy of incoming and outgoing requests.
• Support complex client and internally originated requests in an accurate and timely manner.

What You Will Need To Succeed…

Must Have Skills:

• 5-9 years related experience
• Bilingual in English and French.

Nice To Have Skills

• Candidate with financial institution (i.e processing, data entry) is preferred.
