Job Title: Data Engineer (AWS GLUE and REDSHIFT)

In the process of establishing our Affinity and Association business model. As part of the technology ecosystem is a centralized Data Hub/Warehouse that will be leveraged for data ingestion, system integrations, reporting and analytics. We are looking for Data Engineers to join our Data Pod to complete data integration work, including developing a data model, maintaining a data warehouse/analytics environment, and writing scripts for data integration and analysis. This role will work closely and collaboratively with members of the Data and Development teams to define requirements, integrate data from a variety of sources, and deploy high quality data pipelines in support of the new business.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and build on our data warehouse and analytics environment,
• Build reports and data visualizations, using data from the data warehouse and other sources.
• Design, implement, test, deploy, and maintain stable, secure, and scalable data engineering solutions and pipelines in support integrating new sources of data into our central data warehouse, and moving data out to applications.
• Perform data manipulation / transformation on a wide variety of insurance and organization data.
• Produce scalable, maintainable code and engineering solutions that help automate repetitive data management tasks.
• Implement and monitor best in class security measures in our data warehouse and analytics environment,
