Customer Service Representative - 18 Month Contract - Prince George, British Columbia
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (Quote and Order Management Specialist) to join our team. The ideal candidate is experienced in managing the entire quote and order process, from initial inquiry to order fulfillment and invoicing. They will need to have excellent communication skills in English, French an asset.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the quote and order process.
• Manage the invoicing and billing process, including resolving any discrepancies and following up with customers as necessary.
• Work closely with our global partners, purchasing and logistic teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures.
• Process and manage orders, including order entry, tracking, and fulfillment.
• Provide accurate and timely quotes for customers based on product specifications, pricing, and delivery options.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently and prioritize workload.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in quote and order management, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Excellent English written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and other departments. French an asset.
• Experience with SAP, Salesforce or other customer service software and tools are an asset.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
