Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our dynamic team as Customer Service Assistants. Responsibilities:

  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and customer service best practices to enhance overall customer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs, relay feedback, and contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via various channels, such as phone calls, emails, and live chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain customer records and update relevant information in our CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer profiles.
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting issues they may encounter with our products or services, guiding them through step-by-step resolutions.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about our products and services, including pricing, availability, and technical specifications.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate departments or team members, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up with customers.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Bilingualism in French is a strong asset.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or related role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
  • Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
