Our established client in Calgary is currently seeking a Credit/Collections Specialist to join their team.
As the Credit/Collections Specialist your day to day responsibilities of this role may include, but not be limited to:

• Maintaining credit history files
• Researching account disputes and billing discrepancies
• Aging reports
• Other duties as required
• Report on collection activity
• Responding to credit inquiries from external and internal clients
• Performing account/payment reconciliations

Requirements
Advance your career as a Credit/Collections Specialist with our client. The successful Credit/Collections Specialist will possess the following:

• Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Previous experience as a Credit/Collections Specialist or similar role
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
• Must have attention to detail with an eye for accuracy
