Purpose: As the Content Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our content marketing initiatives, driving engagement, and contributing to our overall marketing and business goals. You will work closely with department leads and the Brand & Marketing Manager to deliver innovative marketing campaigns that generate buzzworthy coverage and grow our client base through earned media coverage, social media engagement, online subscribers, and increased bookings with our brand.


Duties and Responsibilities: As the Content Marketing Manager, you will have a diverse range of responsibilities, including:


Marketing


  • Collaborating with the Stakeholder Team to execute strategic project briefs and marketing initiatives aligned with our brand strategy.
  • Executing the creation of marketing collateral and promotional materials to support various marketing and sales activities.
  • Coordinating with vendors to develop a website plan and strategy, focusing on analytics, content management, user experience, and growth strategies.
  • Managing digital marketing solutions, including social media posts, blog posts, email campaigns, and event descriptions for online outreach and promotions.


Social Media


  • Increasing customer engagement and supporting lead generation efforts through the development and management of engaging content across all channels.
  • Creating visually appealing and impactful content assets, including graphics, posters, digital ads, product images, and more.
  • Providing social media guidance to departments, sharing tools, and insights, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating closely with other departments to generate content, identify key audiences, and coordinate social media efforts.
  • Executing social media tactics to support overall marketing strategies and brand awareness.


Curated Catering & Begin Dining Tower (SAIT)


  • Planning and executing high-level brand awareness campaigns for both partnerships.
  • Managing marketing initiatives for both partnerships and executing visually appealing content, including infographics, landing pages, email campaigns, and more.
  • Collaborating to develop a strategic marketing plan for both Curated Catering & Begin Dining Tower partnerships.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for Hotel Arts Group Marketing for Curated Catering & Begin Dining Tower.
  • Collaborating on the execution of Begin Dining Tower's social media efforts.


Reporting


  • Monitoring, tracking, and reporting on all marketing initiatives, providing key insights to maximize results and drive engagement.
  • Tracking and reporting earned media coverage and social media engagement.
  • Compiling insights and commentary for presentation in Month End Reports and marketing campaign reports.


Administrative


  • Managing and updating budgets for assigned projects, providing accurate monthly reconciliations.
  • Handling purchase order requests and timely invoicing for projects for month-end reporting.


Performance Expectations: The successful candidate for this role will possess:


  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Premier Pro.
  • Comprehensive understanding of brand, web, social media, and email marketing, with demonstrated success in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Wordpress, TravelClick, & Webflow.
  • Full understanding of media relations strategies.
  • Strong attention to detail, producing high-quality results that contribute to the achievement of marketing goals.
  • Experience in SEO and content marketing tools.


Requirements


  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in content marketing, social media, or digital marketing roles.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet simultaneous deadlines.
  • Proven track record of driving engagement and achieving desired results in marketing campaigns.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • A creative and innovative mindset, always seeking to apply insights and trends to enhance marketing efforts.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, WordPress, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders and external partners.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on clear and concise messaging.
