les élites Custom Homes, a luxury custom home builder in Ontario, Canada, is expanding our Home Construction Design & Build Team. We are seeking talented and dedicated architects, engineers, and designers to join our team of experts. This is a unique opportunity to be a part of a collaborative team that delivers exceptional custom homes to our clients.

Positions:

• Building Services Engineers
• Geotechnical Engineers
• Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing (MEP) Engineers
• Architects
• Structural Engineers
• Environmental Engineers
• Civil Engineers

Responsibilities include:

• Collaborate closely with the owner of the business to understand the unique style and brand of les élites' developments.
• Where appropriate, utilize AutoCAD software to develop detailed plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Maintain effective communication throughout the design and construction process to ensure project success.
• Create stunning and functional designs for custom homes, extensions, additions, and remodels that reflect the vision and standards of les élites Custom Homes.
• Work closely with our project managers, contractors, and trade professionals to ensure seamless execution of projects.

Qualifications:

• For Geotechnical Engineers: Possession of a relevant engineering degree and professional engineering designation in Ontario, Canada. Specialized knowledge in soil analysis, foundation design, and ground engineering.
• For Civil Engineers: Possession of a relevant engineering degree and professional engineering designation in Ontario, Canada. Proficiency in site development, grading, drainage, and other civil engineering aspects related to custom home construction.
• For Structural Engineers: Possession of a relevant engineering degree and professional engineering designation in Ontario, Canada. Extensive expertise in structural analysis, design, and calculations, with a proven track record of successful project completion.
• For MEP Engineers: Possession of a relevant engineering degree and professional engineering designation in Ontario, Canada. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for residential projects, with experience in designing efficient and sustainable solutions.
• For Architects: Possession of a valid architectural license in Ontario, Canada. Demonstrated experience in designing high-end residential projects, showcasing your creativity, attention to detail, and ability to translate clients' visions into reality.
• For Building Services Engineers: Possession of a relevant engineering degree and professional engineering designation in Ontario, Canada. Expertise in designing and integrating HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems for residential buildings.
• For Environmental Engineers: Possession of a relevant engineering degree and professional engineering designation in Ontario, Canada. Experience in environmental impact assessment, sustainable design practices, and regulatory compliance.

Additional Requirements:

• Comprehensive knowledge of Ontario's building codes, regulations, and permit processes.
• Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all design deliverables.
• Great communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• A passion for delivering exceptional results and a commitment to client satisfaction.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
