Anticipate and recognize potential conflicts and recommend solutions to the Project lead (CP)/Production manager (PM) for your team.

Take part in performance assessments in collaboration with the Project lead (CP)/Production Manager (PM).

Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Work closely with our project managers, contractors, and trade professionals to ensure seamless execution of projects.

Comprehensive knowledge of Ontario's building codes, regulations, and permit processes.

Great communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and stakeholders.

Collaborate closely with the owner of the business to understand the unique style and brand of les élites' developments.

2+ years leading a design team, in a mentorship or management capacity.

Conduct research, time estimates, and asset requirements for assigned projects

Assist in defining project UX/UI requirements, user-stories and provide rationale

5+ years of professional UX/UI experience.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Experience in a software development agency is mandatory.

Excellent attention to detail, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.

Strong project management skills with a proven ability to plan and execute project plans.

At least 8 years of relevant experience in Instructional Design, Development, technical writing, quality assurance, or production.

Profound knowledge of Instructional Design, adult learning principles, and the ability to apply those principles in designing and developing learning content.

Bilingual communication skills are required.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a post-secondary diploma in adult learning principles, online course design, learning psychology, or evaluation.
