This is a Vancouver based game studio looking for a Build Engineer to join their team. This position will be working mostly in office from their New Westminster location. The ideal candidate would have 5-7 years worth of experience working in a gaming studio focusing on console / PC based games, ideally having worked specifically with Unreal Engine 5. This role will be working in a collaborative environment with a number of team members, working with C# and C++. The ideal candidate would have fantastic communication ability. The role has plenty of growth opportunity for the right person, and will report to the Director of Development.
This would be working on developing, maintaining, and improving Unreal-Engine-based game build CI/CD pipelines and related tools to reduce wait times and lower operational costs, as well as collaborating with game teams to optimize their respective workflows on the build infrastructure.
This is a full-time position that includes a competitive base salary, extended benefits, and paid vacation.

Requirements
Here are some of the items that you'll bring to the table for this role:
[-] Experience working with Unreal Engine 5 in an AAA game studio.
[-] Experience working with C# and/or C++
[-] Considerable experience working in a collaborative IT / Development Team
[-] Strong communication and professionalism when dealing with both internal and external stakeholders.
