Computer Repair Technician Jobs

We are looking for people that are experienced in dealing with clients on a personal level. Engagement and understanding are necessary. An ideal candidate is one that can follow instructions while communication and being patient with every sort of customer and/or situation.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the hired candidate would simply be to provide excellent customer service, and actively be able to follow instructions in order to repair a broken device by using concise and appropriate verbal skills. A cellphone will be required (not provided by The Company), and the proper employee will be able to multi-task listening to instructions while demonstrating active courtesy and empathy with the client, being able to describe very clearly and verbally what they are seeing as to properly diagnose the issue. In a large amount of cases, speaker phone may be required to evaluate patience, tonality, and sincerity with the client.

Qualifications

English as a primary language (articulation is a very big asset.)

Ability to comply with company policy regardless of personal objections/opinions.

A strong ability to be subjective and to use temperance in every situation.

A strong background in computer and/or cellphone repair (evaluation required.)

Extensive knowledge in computer networking (intranet, wiring, HUBs, etc.)

Software and hardware knowledge.

Ability to accept other's convictions and frustrations.

Extensive knowledge in electrical engineering.

Printer repair.

A computer degree such as Bsc. CSC.

Understanding peripheral devices.
