Communication Coordinator (Montreal) Jobs

A wine company is seeking a Communication Coordinator for a 12-month contract to join the company's team. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around traditional marketing, with a strong emphasis on coordinating and executing communication strategies to promote the company's wine club. As a Communication Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the release of cellar offerings.

This role is remote and candidates must be located in Montreal.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Marketing team to develop and execute traditional marketing campaigns to promote the company's wine club, including email newsletters, social media posts, print advertisements, and event promotions.
• Support the Head of Marketing with administrative tasks and other projects as needed.
• Coordinate the production and release of the company's 52-page catalogues on a 5-week basis, ensuring all content is accurate and on-brand.
• Collaborate with the Masters of Wine to develop targeted marketing materials for specific customer segments.

Key Qualifications

• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and/or other design software is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Being bilingual (English/French) is considered an asset.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• 5+ years of experience in a marketing or communication role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused attitude
• Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
• Knowledge of the wine industry and/or experience in the wine industry is a plus.
