Responsibilities:

• Participating in commissioning team meetings
• Completing commissioning documentation (Check sheets, ITPs and test reports)
• Verifying installations, wiring and terminations of MCC's, control panels and junction boxes
• Modifying, repairing, testing, troubleshooting and inspecting electrical and instrument installations
• Supporting and providing input to development of detailed plans for execution of work
• Recording final and accurate as-built/as-left conditions on redline drawings, datasheets and project documentation
• Ensuring that all work performed is completed in a safe manner abiding by all safety programs
• Inspecting, modifying, calibrating and troubleshooting of instrumentation installations
• Monitoring the schedule and productivity of work and working collaboratively to resolve issues and barriers.
• Identifying and documenting deficiencies and providing input and follow up to make sure that deficiencies are addressed and closed satisfactorily

Salary: Open to wage negotiations based on experience and qualifications.

Requirements

• Hands on proven experience in commissioning and start-up activities is required.
• Supervisor training/certification is required.
• Previous experience in a brown field commissioning environment is required.
• First Aid certification
• Previous experience in a nuclear facility is preferred.
• Journeyperson status as an instrumentation mechanic or electrician
