Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Commis Chef for Team Restaurant Brown Thomas in Dublin City
Location: Dublin City
Rate of pay: €14.00 per hour
Working pattern: 22.5 hours Friday - Sunday
Key Responsibilities
  • HACCP and hygiene control
  • FOH service in busy period
  • Able to work independently during weekends
  • Work alongisde head chef with menut develepment and looking after instruction of head chef
  • Help with preparations
