Victoria's Solar Energy Industry is expanding, and it is a great time to join the movement toward renewable energy!
NetZero Solar has an immediate opening for a solar PV designer/office assistant to work with our team. We are a professional solar PV and licensed electrical contractor with visions and passion for significantly impacting our communities. Responsibilities are as listed below but are not limited to
-This role will support office staff as needed
-Directs incoming Customer inquiries to the appropriate person or team
-Set up and prepare for virtual and in-person meetings for the sales department
-General administrative work
-assist with solar PV design (Software and training will be provided)
Qualifications
-Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Admin Assistant
-Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Professional appearance and strong customer relations skills
-Ability to work independently and autonomously in a busy environment with conflicting priorities and deadlines
-Computer skills (MS Office, Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
-English fluency is mandatory, and you must be eligible to work in Canada

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $17.00-$28.00 per hour

- Malahat, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
