Class 1 Company Flex Driver (Graveyard/Night Shift)

We are looking to add 10 experienced Class 1 driving professionals to our GRAVEYARD (Night Shift) Domestic Fleet.

Our reputation as a safety conscience company extends across all our departments.

The candidate interested in this position should be prepared to be working an overnight shift starting between 10pm and 3am, as well as covering overnight runs to Grande Prairie & Saskatoon (Sick calls, vacation coverage. higher volumes of loads)

Our Regional Drivers are earning an average of $1200- $1500 gross WEEKLY.

Requirements:

• Must live in the Calgary/Airdrie Area
• A Clear Abstract with ZERO moving violations (ie Speeding) & No Out of Service incidents in the last 12 months
• Clear Criminal Record
• Must have a Valid Class One Driver License
• Minimum 2 years of Class 1 Commercial Long haul experience (Canada wide or Canada/US)

XTL Offers:

** Yearly hourly and mileage pay increases for the first 5 years **

• Starting rate of $27.57/hr for AB Regional (Edmonton, Lethbridge, Medicine Hat etc.)
• Paid 2 day in class training and paid 3 days in cab training at regular hourly rate
• Starting rate of $0.53 per mile (plus an additonal 2 hours @ hourly rate) for Saskatoon and Grande Prairie overnight runs
• PAID WEEKLY
• PAID WAIT TIME (at regular hourly rate)
• Newer International trucks and a fleet which is renewed every 3-4 years
