- Experience in a context of accelerated growth (an asset)
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a team supervision role, ideally acquired in an environment respectful of diversity
- Familiarized with the use of an ERP system, and good understanding of business processes
- Knowledge of the transport industry (an asset)
- Knowledge of LEAN management principles
- Knowledge of good workplace prevention practices, and compliance related to occupational health and safety, ideally in a manufacturing environment
- Fluency in oral and written French and English
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a logistics and purchasing function, in a manufacturing context
- Good knowledge of the MS Office suite
- University degree in Operations and Logistics Management (GOL) or other relevant education
