Your Role:


Carry out aircraft inspections related to the AVN trades.


Your Responsibilities:


  • Consult reference documentation such as CFTO’s, work processes and other related documentation;
  • Follow Tool Control rules and regulations;
  • Carry out aircraft periodic inspection, Conditional Inspection, Supplementary Inspection, Modification and Special Inspection in accordance with the Canadian Forces Technical Orders (CFTO) and established work instructions;
  • Keep Lead Hand informed on technical problems, schedule problems, additional requirement and technician’s welfare;
  • Attend training / information sessions as required;
  • Complete aircraft inspection sheets, forms, aircraft sets, registers and other documentation properly and as required;
  • Carry out tasks as assigned by the Lead Hand or Team Supervisor;
  • Utilize safe working practices;


Conform to the administrative and technical regulations of the establishment to wich they are assigned, with regard to the following:


  • Working Instructions;
  • Health and safety;
  • Documentation and records;
  • Flight safety;
  • Process specifications.
