As a multi talented carpenter, you will play a crucial role in the production of our manufactured homes. You will utilize your comprehensive carpentry skills and expertise to perform a diverse range of tasks, including:

- Reading and interpreting blueprints, sketches, and technical drawings.

- Constructing and assembling Steel and wooden components, such as walls, floors, roofs, and cabinetry.

- Installing doors, windows, insulation, and other finishing materials.

- Operating various hand and power tools, including skill saws, mitre saws, drills, and sanders.

- Ensuring accuracy and precision in all measurements and cuts.

- Collaborating with other team members to maintain efficient workflow and meet production deadlines.

- Following instructions from the shop foreman and Carpentry lead.

- Adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a carpenter, preferably in a residential or commercial setting.

- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.

- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Personal tools and cordless tool equipment

- Physical stamina and the ability to work in a indoor work environment

- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety guidelines.
