Caregiver (Personal Support Worker) - Van16Mbb

• We are currently recruiting two Personal Support Workers to assist our male client with Cerebral Palsy with all activities of daily living. Our client is quiet and spontaneous. In their free time, they enjoy poetry, adventuring around the city, and listening to R&B music. In the fall, he will begin a program in social work. *#LP2023

*Location:*

• Vancouver (Near Aberdeen Park)

*Shift & Hours:*
24 Hour Shift

• Friday: 10 am - 10 am
• Sunday 10 am - 10 am
• Saturday 10 am - 10 am

*Compensation:*

• $250 flat rate

*Responsibilities will include (but may not be limited to):*

• All aspects of personal care: showering, dressing and dental care
• Transfers using a portable lift
• Use of feeding pump and g-tube management

*Requirements:*

• Experience with g-tube feeding is required
• Must be fully vaccinated
• Some experience working with a hard-of-hearing client
• Driver's License Class 5 is required
• Caregiving experience is required
