Job Description

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Campaign Coordinator to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating talent and UGC campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. You will work closely with household brands, our diverse talent roster, and internal teams to manage campaigns from start to finish.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with other agency roles to ensure the smooth execution of sales campaigns and initiatives.
  • Conduct research on potential clients and maintain a database of contact information.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay on top of industry trends and competition to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, social media, and sales, to ensure campaigns are delivered to the highest standard.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with talent, agencies, and brands.
  • Manage influencer campaigns from conception to execution, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Provide creative direction and briefs to talent, ensuring they deliver content that aligns with the client's brand values and campaign objectives.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, informing campaign strategy and execution.
  • Negotiate rates for talent and agency based on the value proposition
  • Identify new sales opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Manage and coordinate sales activities for agency talent roster and UGC studio.
  • Prepare reports to track sales progress and identify areas for improvement for the agency.
  • Coordinate talent content and deliverables, ensuring they meet the client's expectations and are delivered on time.


Qualifications:

  • Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail.
  • Strong project management skills and experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with talent and clients.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proven experience in influencer marketing or social media management.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with social media and web analytics tools.
  • Proficient in Google Suite, Asana, and social media platforms.
  • Passion for the influencer marketing industry and a desire to keep learning and growing in the field
  • Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
