Call Center Representative Jobs

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid Call Center Representative role. The Call Center Representative will be responsible for handling incoming calls from customers, answering questions about our properties, and providing customer support. This role will be located in Toronto, ON, with flexibility for some work from home.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Experience in the real estate industry and/or call center experience is a plus
• Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
• Computer literacy, including experience with databases, spreadsheets, and word processing software
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, post-secondary education is an asset
