Business Lawyers - 2-4 Years Of Experience

Permanent Position — Montreal Office

We are currently looking for two (2) lawyers with relevant experience to join the collaborative team of our Business Law practice group, where a host of stimulating challenges await you! More specifically:

• You will be involved in many steps of the process, including due diligence as well as drafting and reviewing commercial agreements. You will also be responsible for coordinating closings in various industry sectors.
• You will work for companies operating in different industry sectors, both private and publicly traded entities, as well as private and institutional investors and securities brokers.
• You will be involved in a diverse range of files, such as securities, acquisition and sale transactions, corporate finance, negotiating commercial agreements and reorganizations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil law and a member in good standing with the Quebec Bar Association;
• Excellent command of both French and English, spoken and written.
• Two (2) to four (4) years of experience in business law;
