We are looking for adaptable, self-motivated students who are excellent working both individually, as well as in a team to join us this Fall. We need you to be able to build and maintain strong relationships with both your colleagues and external clients through excellent verbal and written communication.  A strong attention to detail is essential, as well as having a methodical approach to problem solving.  We will expect you to draw on your university and employment experiences to manage your time effectively and to meet deadlines.


  • Compilation of design drawings
  • Perform assignments requiring application of standard techniques, procedures and criteria to carry out engineering task for infrastructure projects
  • Preparing design submissions and other technical documents
  • Coordination with other professionals and related disciplines to produce design deliverables
  • Assistance of Engineers and Designers as and when needed


Candidate Specification


The Ideal Candidate Possess The Following Specifications


  • Effective in both verbal and written communication and collaboration
  • Attributes of a young professional
  • Currently enrolled in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering co-op program from an accredited university
  • In good academic standing
  • Passion for learning, challenges and your field of study
  • Interested in innovation, sustainability, safety and quality
  • Experience with bridges, retained structures, civil structures, and/or building structures is an asset
  • Available to join the team in Fall 2023
  • Extracurricular involvement and must be enthusiastic
