Branch Manager (Canada) Jobs

Bitnine (bitnine.net) is a database management system (DBMS) software vendor and data analytic solution provider operating in South Korea, Canada, India, Pakistan and the US.

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Branch manager to join our Global business department in the role of overseeing all operations of a branch in Canada. The branch is located in downtown Vancouver. 15 employees are working at the branch. We need manager who are closely communicate with the CEO and the headquarters. The Branch manager is required to manage employees and lead day-to-day responsibilities of their jobs in order to achieve the targets of the branch. To be qualified for this position requires at least 5 years of experience in the similar or related area.

Responsibilities

• Follow high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws.
• Provide branch’s personnel training, development, coaching and motivation.
• Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance.
• Oversee daily operations of the branch and the work of employees.
• Make efforts to optimize the presence and reputation of the branch and company.
• Recruit and interview new employees.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Manage relationships with partners/vendors.
• Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication.
• Share key details with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, business, opportunities, competitive intelligence, and needs, etc.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of IT Business is a plus.
• Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
• Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.
• Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing etc.
• Must have 5+ years of branch management experience.
• Business Administration or relevant field; MSc.MBA is a plus
• Proven experience as branch manager or relevant role.
• Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills.
