• Required Availability: Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Undertake other duties as required to support operations, such as work order processing, health benefits administration and other administrative tasks as required.
• Complete financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivables and bank reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely bookkeeping tasks.
• Working with accountants to support year-end financial statement preparation.
• Prepare month-end financial statements.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• College Diploma from a Business program.
• Experience working in bookkeeping/administration in a construction/trade company an asset.
• Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
• Minimum 5 years' relevant work experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bookkeeping certificate an asset
