We’re Go Oil, and we're simplifying vehicle maintenance with our innovative approach to mobile oil changes and other services. As we expand our services across North America, we’re on the lookout for a diligent and reliable bookkeeper to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with our team to identify and implement financial best practices.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with US and, ideally, Canadian accounting standards plus but really focused on us standards.
• Oversee and manage financial records and transactions.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.

Qualifications:

• Solid understanding of accounting software and tools.
• Proven bookkeeping experience, with a strong emphasis on US accounting; familiarity with Canadian accounting is a plus.
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
