Job Description

Our telecommunications client is looking for aBilingual (French/English) Telephone Operator to work with Law Enforcement Agencies across Canada in emergency situations. (On site in Edmonton, 3 days a week)

  • Experience with troubleshooting, issue resolving, and performing root cause analysis, with strong analytical, and problem solving skills
  • Must Haves:Experience within aCall Centerenvironment
  • Project details: As a part of the Emergency Response Center, you will provide support in real-time to law enforcement agencies and emergency responders across Canada (where the client has service in) with 911 emergencies and/or imminent threat to life and/or property while protecting subscriber privacy and the Clients brand.
  • Ability to learn new applications quickly(Google Suite,MS Windows & Office Suite(Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
  • Available to work on a 24/7/365 shift rotation
  • The successful candidate will be working 3 days a week (12.5-hour shifts. Morning/Evening shifts)
  • Bilingual in bothEnglish & French(written and verbal)
  • Nice to Haves:University Degree or College Diploma
  • Experienceinterfacingwith various levels of authority
