Position: Full-Time Bike Shop Manager

Job Responsibilities:

As the Full-Time Bike Shop Manager, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring the seamless functioning of the shop while delivering exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include:

Team Management:

• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth.
• Supervise, train, and schedule a team of passionate cycling enthusiasts.

Inventory Management:

• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for bicycles, accessories, and other cycling-related products to ensure stock availability.
• Implement efficient inventory control practices to minimize shortages and excess.

Customer Service and Sales:

• Drive sales by promoting products, services, and special offers, and by upselling to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive customer service to assist customers in finding the right products and solutions.

Bikeep by E-Kruise Support:

• Work with Bikeep by E-Kruise for the management and installations of bike storage solutions during winter months.

Qualifications:

·Proven experience in retail management, preferably within the cycling industry.

·Passion for cycling and a general understanding of bicycles and related products.

·Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

·Strong leadership abilities and experience managing teams.

·Proficiency in inventory management and order placement.

·Ability to handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and effective manner.
