Bike Rental Technician Jobs

·Proven experience in retail management, preferably within the cycling industry.

Work with Bikeep by E-Kruise for the management and installations of bike storage solutions during winter months.

·Strong leadership abilities and experience managing teams.

·Proficiency in inventory management and order placement.

Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive customer service to assist customers in finding the right products and solutions.

Drive sales by promoting products, services, and special offers, and by upselling to meet and exceed sales targets.

1-3 years’ experience in a technical or service role

Oral and written communication skills that are clear, concise, courteous, and professional.

Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, CRM or ERP systems.

You are a team player who offers solutions and ideas to continually improve the business.

Ensure all rental safety and lone worker devices meet safety standards for customer use.

Conduct technical troubleshooting and repairs of products.

Responsible for corresponding with the manager on duty to ensure sales goals are being met

Have product knowledge, inclusive of ingredients and common allergens

Able to do basic math and manage a cash float

Responsible for selling gelato and treats off of bicycle 5 days a week, weather permitting.

Driving a roly cow cart, either by itself or in the van to the best locations to maximize sales

Ensure excellent customer service and promote the Teato Group brand
