Key Responsibilities:

1.Representing clients in various family law cases, including divorce, child custody, spousal support, property division, and adoption.

2.Providing expert legal advice and guidance to clients, tailored to their individual needs and circumstances.

3.Conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in court proceedings.

4.Negotiating settlements and advocating for the best interests of our clients.

Qualifications and Skills:

1.Juris Doctor (J.D.) or LLB degree from an accredited Law School

2.Admitted to the Bar in Ontario and in good standing with LSO.

3.Proven experience and success in handling Family Law cases.

4.Strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills.

5.Ability to work independently.

6.Keen attention to detail and able to meet tight deadlines.

7.Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases effectively.

Remote Work:

Remote work is an option for this position and can be negotiated.
